Jerry's History:
In or about 1994 Jerry became recognized as the most successful pre-construction agent in the city, later the Emerald Coast, and then entire Southeast United States.
In 1995 Jerry began initiating condominium projects for major real-estate Developers.
To date his developments have an end value of approximately $3 Billion Dollars.
His personal written sales volume now is in the Billions.
Currently he has under development, the Majestic Beach Towers, a 567-unit $160 Million Dollar project, the Shores of Panama, a 711-unit $250 Million Dollar project. Perdido Del Sol, a 41 unit $31 Million Dollar project, and Hidden Bay, a 21 unit $22 Million Dollar project.
His latest development include the impressive, Laketown Wharf, a 765 unit luxury condominium. Complete with 91,000 square feet of commercial area. An end value of almost $327 Million Dollars.
